Kozan Vance Dracket

Is it a dress or is it a jacket?! Kozan says it can be both. Made in a lightweight, high-tech blend that has the hand of a performance fabric. The Vance Dracket has three-quarter-length sleeves, a short funnel neckline, and a front zipper closure. The silhouette is a classic fit-and-flare — closer through the bust, but easy through the skirt. Slit pockets sit on the hips.
